For the preparation of each dish we respect the seasonal calendar of fruits and vegetables by choosing products from organic farming. Using seasonal ingredients makes these taste tastier and rich in beneficial properties. In our workshop we knead bread, pastries and fresh pasta daily. We firmly believe in homemade food and its genuine and irreplaceable flavor.

Everything originates from a single desire: to eat to feel good. How do you feel good? The raw materials are definitely a great start. It is part of the realization of the dough and ends with the filling. We choose ancient grains by mixing flours from organic farming and when the time comes to season them our ingredients become protagonists.
