From the realization of the dough to the fillings, every item is carefully selected. We choose ancient grains, mixing organic flours and when it comes to the seasoning, our ingredients become protagonists

Our production

In the preparation of each dish, we respect the seasonal calendar of fruit and vegetables by choosing products from organic farming. The use of seasonal ingredients makes our dishes tastier and richer in beneficial properties. In our kitchen, we daily knead bread, pastries and fresh pasta. We firmly believe in homemade food and it's genuine and unique flavour.

Per la preparazione di ogni piatto rispettiamo il calendario stagionale di frutta e verdura scegliendo prodotti da agricoltura biologica. Utilizzare ingredienti di stagione fa si che questi siano più saporiti e ricchi di proprietà bene che. Nel nostro laboratorio impastiamo giornalmente pane, dolci e pasta fresca. Crediamo fermamente nel cibo fatto in casa e nel suo sapore genuino e insostituibile.
